How does our part-exchange scheme work?

  • Pick the plot and park home or lodge you desire
  • Place a deposit on your new park home
  • We will arrange for a local estate agent to provide the market value for your home
  • We will then put in an offer for the property to determine how much we will purchase your property for
  • Once agreed, you can move into your new home when contracts have been agreed, signed and the home is set up on the park
